Ah, it's such a sense of relief and completion when your "items your selling" eBay list is empty, and the buyers have all left you feedback.

Not bad -- haven't made a whole lot of money, in the grand scheme of things, if you factor in buying shipping supplies like bubble wrap, tape, etc. But the most important thing to me is finding homes for stuff I'd normally discard.
Steve asked, "If you aren't making a good profit on it, why do you not just take it to Goodwill?" I guess it's the same feeling you get after a yard sale -- you don't necessarily make enough money to make up for the time and effort you put into it, but you did find someone actually willing to pay you money for something you considered junk?
